Expert TA, an online homework and tutorial system for introductory level physics courses, has partnered with talented professors at leading universities to develop an original library of physics problems not tied to any specific textbook. These professors have years of experience in physics instruction, have proven to be innovators in the classroom, and have strong records in education research specifically as it applies to introductory physics.

In addition to authoring quality and original problems, this team is consulting with The Expert TA to improve their system features and core functionality in order to increase student learning and simplify physics class homework management. These system features include the ability to do partial credit grading of complex mathematical equations and a custom built equation entry palette.

The recently republished online science magazine EurekaMag.com traditionally provided comprehensive definitions and scientific information in the basic and applied life, earth and health sciences. It now includes a new category to provide shorter, one-page reviews of scientific terms.

While the Life-and-Earth-Sciences Magazine was earlier divided into four major categories, i.e., Science Research, Science Websites, Science Keywords and Keyphrases, and Science Subjects, it just published another section termed Life-and-Earth-Sciences Reviews.

The Life-and-Earth-Sciences Reviews category provides more compact information, insights and definitions about specific scientific topics. While articles in its Life-and-Earth-Sciences Keyword and Life-and-Earth-Sciences Keyphrase categories are comprehensive and up to several pages in length, articles in the new Reviews category are only one page long and, consequently, more suitable to get a quick overview of the scientific topic researched.
